Edinburgh-based ceramic artist Frances Priest has created a series of beautiful pieces inspired by the plant life of Scotland’s west coast.
On display in the historic Raasay House, her work, Patterns of Flora, has been influenced by resident botanist Stephen Bungard and celebrates the plants and flowers indigenous to this special destination. The pair has also created an illustrated map of botanical walks, with the island hosting a weekend of activities, including Tai Chi and kayaking, for those eager to explore.
