The portfolio of Ettore Sottsass is one that most designers would die for. He created a series of cult classics for Olivetti and Alessi, was the driving force behind the Memphis Collective, and his ‘totem’ ceramics have been much-emulated. His Vase 502 (pictured) is an investment piece, but its monochrome form makes it a timeless addition to any space.
