Three’s company


The Three Chimneys Restaurant in the Isle of Skye has received a Michelin Star. Head Chef and Director Michael Smith hailed the award as “wonderful and unexpected news” which couldn’t have been achieved without “the support of the fabulous team here, trusted suppliers and most of all our guests who travel from far and wide”. Michelin’s recognition fulfils Michael’s ambition of showcasing Scotland’s rich natural larder, through continually evolving menus that places the Three Chimneys amongst some of the best restaurants in the world.
