Vitra’s Elegance is an experiment with period form: console basins with substantial counters and chunky legs or WCs which adopt classic bases, but keep things innovative by being suspended above the floor level. Only the angular brassware harks back to Vitra’s usual modern sensibilities, and comes in copper, gold or chrome finishes.
