House sales in Scotland appear to be on the up, however in St Andrews some would argue that they have never been down? Certainly the local luxury developer Eastacre Investments would argue that if you build the right product, there is still a very high demand in the old town of St Andrews. Eastacre Investments have recently launched their new development in West Burn Lane, which is located in the very heart of town, just off South Street.
West Burn Lane is a very contemporary project, with light bright four bedroom homes. This is a first in terms of design for St Andrews, however Eastacre have been very clever and used high quality and traditional materials so that the new blends in with the old.
Four bedroom detached homes, with private parking and garage is also quite unique in St Andrews, which is why early release reservations have been so high.
